A threshold is an auspicious moment when we stand in suspension– unwilling or unable to keep doing the same worn out thing, but quivering a little in that we don’t really know what comes next. I consider these moments sacred in their capacity to lift the veil and reveal a new way of seeing and being, a fresh sense of purpose and power, an access point to our deepest truth and ultimate liberation.
Whether you’re in a place of perceived “stuckness”, on the precipice of a major shift, or smack dab in a period of rapid catalyzation on your healing journey, Ceremonies for Sacred Thresholds are designed to help you gain clarity on the truth of what’s truly ailing you while facilitating your conscious contact with the allies, resources and healing guides that can come to your aid in these powerful times.
I honor and hold space for the exploration and passage of these sacred thresholds. Ceremonies for Sacred Thresholds are entirely unique to each individual. Prior to our designated date for the ceremony, we’ll meet one or more times in order to get to know each other, gather information and build an understanding of the particular circumstances, challenges and resources that you’re looking ot address. These preparatory sessions are also a time to begin articulating an intention for your ceremony and incorporating preparatory practices that will help to open an energetic portal for your intention to gain potency.
Ceremonies typically take 4-6 hours and incorporate a variety of different intuitive, somatic, energetic and bodywork modalities including the building of an altar, the consumption of plant medicine, Visionary Craniosacral Work®, abdominal massage, expressive arts practices (drumming, singing, dancing), breathwork, meditation, shadow work, and Kundalini Mediumship. My job, throughout, will be to facilitate the seamless flow of these various elements while holding a safe and solid container for you to drop in and receive healing, embodiment, guidance and support. We will conclude our ceremony with integration time and healthy refreshments.
After the ceremony concludes, we will meet at least one more time for a post-ceremony integration session that will support you in making sense of the magic of the ceremony and incorporate what you’ve learned/released/remembered into your life in a meaningful way.
I am passionate about this work and approach it with deep devotion, steadfast presence and love. I believe that in order to recover those aspects of our self-sacredness that are most fundamental to who we are, we must honor our nature as relational beings living within a web of interconnectedness that, when in balance, can support us through challenging and transitional times.
